My Story

Tiffany made front page news when she was born along side route 7 in Ohio; a few years later her family returned to Michigan. After her parents separated and her mom remarried, she was moved to Marana, Arizona where she graduated in 2000. In her early years of high school, Tif’s parents separated, and she found herself alone. She did not let that stop her as she moved into a travel trailer parked at a friend’s house and worked 2 jobs while completing high school.

Tiffany began her working life when she was 6 years old as a bus girl in her family’s concession stand business at local fairs in Arizona and Michigan. She soon was able to operate and manage her own food stand. Tiffany has had a wide variety of work experiences over the years. She began as a Carnie, worked fast food, photo technician, Corrections officer, Hospital kitchen employee and a Juvenile mental health aide for a residential behavior unit. She then fell into a career as a Certified Nurse’s Aide and found a passion with Hospice.

Tiffany was married and had her 1^st daughter in 2004, she then separated from her husband. Eventually she found her way back to her high school sweetheart. She then moved to Missouri with her small family and was blessed with a 2^nd daughter. Tiffany and her family moved again and have settled down in Lakeland, Florida.

In her spare time Tiffany enjoys painting, and spending time on the water or at amusement parks with her family. Although her life has had its ups and downs, and her share of hardships Tiffany is always working to make other people’s lives as easy as possible.

Personal Life

Tif and her family reside in central Florida. Together they enjoy time on the water fishing, kayaking and snorkeling. They spend considerable time at theme parks. Tif is a Certified Nurse’s aide specializing in hospice and palliative care. Along with writing and spending time with her family, Tif also enjoys painting and playing Xbox games.

Syranity Barker is a new illustrator that has always had a love for art. She was born in Tucson, Arizona and moved to Missouri with her parents as a child. Her parents then decided to move to Mulberry, Florida where she Graduated from Mulberry High School in 2022.

Syranity showed her love of drawing early in life, her family were great supporters of her passions and always made sure she had a variety of supplies and mediums. While still in high school she was entered in many art shows and has sold some of her works and received a City Commissioners Choice Award for a mixed media portrait of her dog.

Syranity works full time and illustrates in her spare time. Syranity also enjoys singing, skating, spending time with her friends and family, and creating her own characters and writing backstories for them.

As an adult Syranity aspires to become an art teacher and share her passion for drawing and self-expression with others.
